Yes. All tickets are issued in your name and comply with the official entry system of the Sagrada Familia. Your personal details will be printed on the ticket.
Sagrada Familia is one of the most iconic monuments in the world. Due to high demand and limited daily capacity, tickets are often unavailable days — or even weeks — in advance, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.
We actively monitor the Sagrada Familia ticketing system in real time. Thanks to our experience and tracking tools, we can detect cancellations and newly released spots, allowing us to secure last-minute access even when the official system appears fully booked.
- Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket.
- Ages 3 to 11: Officially free of charge, but tickets must still be issued with full personal details. We do not offer child-specific tickets. For urgent bookings (next-day visits), your tickets are usually sent between 8:00 and 10:00 AM on the day of your visit.

Tower Access – Additional Conditions
Children under 6 cannot access the towers.
The tower route is not accessible for:
- Visitors with reduced mobility or wheelchairs
- Baby strollers
- Service animals
- People with vertigo, claustrophobia, heart or respiratory conditions, or during pregnancy

Additional Tips
- Audio guides are available through the official Sagrada Familia app, offered in 19 languages. Be sure to download the app before your visit.
- Please silence your phone and avoid loud conversations. Maintain a respectful atmosphere inside the Basilica.
- This is an active place of worship. Please behave with respect and courtesy at all times.

- Fantastic service, saved the holiday. This service was my only hope of getting tickets to Alhambra after my pre arranged private tour cancelled with twelve hours to spare. I honestly wondered if this was a scam at first, but the staff were so helpful and responded promptly to my emails and answered my questions even though it was late in the evening. The tickets were sent to my email just after midnight and were completely valid. I had absolutely no issues using them the next day. There's no way I would have been fast enough to snag the midnight tickets on my own. I can't recommend this service highly enough. They completely saved the day.
- Wir haben kurzfristig Granada besucht und wollten natürlich die Alhambra sehen wenn wir schon da sind. Überall waren die Tickets ausverkauft. Die Tickets werden auf Name und Passport Nummer fix gebucht. Den Fehler habe ich dann verbessert und wie auf der Seite beschrieben hatte ich kurz nach Mitternacht meine Tickets per Mail bekommen. Zahlung per PayPal hat auch nach 2 Versuchen geklappt. Kann die Seite nur empfehlen und 40 Euro für ein Ticket so kurzfristig finde ich auch OK. Die Alhambra mit allem drum und dran war sehr schön wir haben ca. 5 Std. Dort verbracht. Motorrad konnte direkt vor dem Eingang kostenlos abgestellt werden. Zufahrt über die Autobahn geht total easy. Ist sehr gut beschrieben. Auch Pkw Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Zum Glück haben wir ohne Führung gebucht und konnten so immer Pausen im Schatten machen wie wir wollten Die 3 Touren im Gelände sind perfekt beschildert.Thomas Friedrich
- We came to Granada and wanted to visit the Alhambra palace. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a ticket. I called the palace's official phone number and was told to keep track of the spare tickets. While trying to buy tickets at the same time, I saw the Ticket Rescue site. I said trying is at least better than not trying. And I bought it. The tickets were in my e-mail at midnight.
